About Us

Bridging affordable housing and independence.

Bridge Point Residences exists to help people find stable ground — a safe, clean, affordable place to live while they rebuild, recover, and move toward greater independence.

Our Story

A bridge, not a destination.

We believe everyone deserves a stable, dignified place to call home. For many adults, the path to independence isn't a straight line — it's a transition that requires a safe foundation to stand on while taking the next step.

Bridge Point Residences provides that foundation. Our homes are clean, secure, and affordable, and our approach is supportive rather than institutional. We help residents maintain housing stability while accessing the resources they need to thrive in the community.

The bridge in our name is intentional: we exist to span the gap between affordable housing and the independence our residents are working toward — at their own pace, on their own terms.

Important: Non-Medical Supportive Housing

Bridge Point Residences provides non-medical supportive housing. We do not provide medical care or clinical services. Our role is to offer a safe, stable, supportive living environment — not healthcare.

Our Approach

How we think about supportive housing.

Stability First

Housing stability is the foundation. Everything else — recovery, independence, next steps — becomes possible once you have a safe place to land.

Dignity & Autonomy

Residents live with dignity and make their own choices. We offer support, not control — a helping hand, not an institution.

Community, Not Isolation

A supportive environment means you're not alone. Residents are part of a calm, respectful community while they work toward their goals.

Safe & Secure

Every residence is clean, secure, and well-maintained. Safety isn't a feature — it's the baseline we never compromise on.

A clean, bright shared kitchen

A clean, well-maintained home is the first step toward stability — and we take that seriously.
